John Cotton, Company Chairman, said: “In a world where the average lifespan of a company is just 15 years, it’s a huge achievement to be celebrating this milestone.  I know very well that we wouldn’t have made it to 100 years without the hard work and dedication of each and every one of our employees.

"We’ll be holding a number of prize draws for employees throughout 2016 where all employees will have the chance to win £1,000, £500 or £250.  I do hope that this gesture goes some way towards showing how very grateful I am for their dedication and support.”

Following the first draw, that took place on Wednesday 27th January, three winners were drawn by the John Cotton Group. Lee Carter, a Hopper Operative from Batley won the top prize and was awarded £1,000 from John Cotton himself.  Maintenance Manager, Ian Marsden, came second and Ramanjit Kaur, a Pillow Operative won £250 in third.
